The team has been extremely professional, and the whole process went so smoothly—it was completely stress-free. Heather and Emily have been amazing at keeping me updated throughout, from arranging viewings to getting all the necessary checks completed. Me and my partner couldnt be any happier with the care we have recieved from the team at this agency. After having many negative experiences with other letting agencies we were so glad to stumble upon this team, all the girls that we have dealt with have showed amazing compassion and care towards us as this was the first time we were moving somewhere together. If we were to move again we would 100% choose this company again.
The young lady who helped me today was Kirsten. She was first class all the way, she was very patient and helped me, through some of the paperwork I had problems with. If you have a bonus system, I would like to forward this young lady Kirsten for a bonus.
Booked me in for a viewing 30/05 and never turned up. Called them, left a voicemail, no reply. Called another branch just to ask whats happening and they said that they can't see that property available to rent on their list. I went on the website and I saw it was let agreed. Absolute joke. Very unprofessional, I understand there's a lot of properties to manage whatsoever but I wasted my time and lost other viewings because of this. They didn't even bother calling me up and apologise. Shame. Y'all need to do better.
