Unfortunately, I’ve had a terrible experience with Slater Hogg in Bearsden recently. In particular the sales branch manager, Karen. I am not one to usually complain but the way she spoke to me was abhorrent. She told me I had not phoned and I was not promised a call back before closing when I indeed had. I had called several times as I kept being told she would phone. When challenged with evidence from call logs she quickly looked to blame her staff.
