I’ve been registered at the practice now for 3 years and have had several visits either for myself, the kids or my father. Every single clinician I’ve seen has been excellent - from the GPs (in particular Dr Mudugal!), ANP and nurses and have always left feeling listened to, reassured and satisfied. The reception team are always friendly and helpful, with nothing seeming like too much trouble. Repeat prescriptions have always been done within 48 hours. Highly recommend this practice!
Myself and my family have been at this doctors for over 20 years. Unfortunately when my Mum died in 2022 I had to take over the care of my Brother who has Down syndrome and complex needs. The Doctor was extremely unsupportive throughout and also prescribed some medication that reacted badly with my Brother and wouldn’t re review this. Also all my medical history was lost previous to 2010 so this has caused complications for me in my job with the NHS. Staff are nice but the doctors are all inadequate so say the least!
I am new to the practice and my experience so far has been amazing. The ladies on the reception are so friendly and helpful I can't praise them enough. The one thing that really stands out is how respectful they are when you ring to book an appointment.
The best surgery with the best team. Nothing is too much trouble for all staff from GPs to the Receptionists. They follow everything thing up, answer messages and solve any concerns the best way they can. I can not praise the staff enough. If we had more GP surgeries like this life would be so much easier for people. Thank you, Slag lane staff!
