After being let down by 2 other companies when I reached out to Simon and Lee I knew I had found the right people for the job. Lee actually followed up multiple times after I had missed his first email to ensure I had got his reply. They were helpful and so easy to work with from day 1. Floors went in today and we are over the moon with the result. Thank you both 10/10
Simon & Lee did a first class job of laying sisal flooring for me. They gave sound advice on how to make the most of the pattern and then laid it brilliantly, in good time and with no complications. I'm absolutely delighted with the final result. Additionally, their communication was very clear, they arrived when they said they would, and were incredibly polite. They were also excellent value for money. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
My experience with S&L Carpets was 10/10. I had one room which needed a carpet fitting so I emailed asking for a quote. Lee responded to me in good time and gave me a very reasonable and fair quote price. When Lee attended, I could tell he was a friendly and trustworthy person. Simon and Lee were so helpful, friendly and professional and did a first class job carpeting our bedrooms, landing and stairs, even helping to move some furniture. We can thoroughly recommend S & L Carpets.
Recently had new wool carpets installed for two upstairs bedrooms and a staircase. Really happy with the quality of the carpet, workmanship and attention to detail from Lee and Simon. I was also impressed with the excellent communication which helped me a lot as I had a number of moving parts to organise at the same time.
