I paid Jim and his friend £125 to clean my stairs carpet and sofas and they looked no different!!!!!! I could not believe my eyes when i woke up to the carpets and sofas dried and they looked no different. I paid them to wet my carpets and waste my time!!!! They then blocked me because i want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid and dont waste ur money!!!!!!!
Had i guy come out to clean my rug! That was smelly of dog due to me looking after my friends dog! Jim took around 10mins to clean it! it's now worse!!! Phoned back to ask if he could come back out as i was not happy he told me he would phone me (twice.) after contacting him again he finally come to only spray a neautliser on it!! Poor attitude he told me that the dog had urinated on it and was very very rude soo unprofessional!! Wouldn't ever recommend to my worst enemy.
