We had a great experience with this company. Sarah was very helpful and my wife and I loved her personality and attention to detail. I was given proper instructions on how to adjust to driving on Skye. They made me feel so comfortable driving here that I would come back to do it all again! Great price served with great customer service!
Nicola and Sarah were fantastic. We had complications with our schedule due to a cancelled ferry, and they were really responsive and super helpful with advice and work arounds. This is a small, family run company and it shows in their work ethic. Sarah gave excellent advice and warnings about driving on the left side, and I’m convinced the education I got from her kept me out of those potholes on Skye. I had never rented a car before but Skye Car Hire made is incredible easy and had no hidden fees, everyone who worked there was super friendly and even gave us advice on how to best catch transit early in the morning when we were unsure, if it wasn’t for them we would have missed our replacement bus. They even let us have the car for a couple hours longer just to store our luggage on the final day. Will 100% rent from them again next time we go to Skye.
Amazing experience. We had a problem with our cars wiper and Kenny came to us to fix the blade. We also had some problems with ferry cancellations, and the office was a huge help in figuring things out. I'm not sure what role he plays there, but Kenny went above and beyond. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
Incredibly helpful business, strongly recommend if you need to rent a car!
