We went here the weekend before Christmas. We live near it and thought it was time to give the car a decent wash, and figured it would be good to give them a go as a small business... well. £8 carwash turned into a £360 repair. They got a stone or something caught up in the sponge, and put a big white swirly scratch in my bonnet. They knew they did it too, because they kept coming back to the same spot and rubbing over it.
