Great building with stunning views, but it’s had its share of issues. In 2022, the central AC and heating failed multiple times, leaving residents without air conditioning during peak summer heat and without hot water or heating for over ten days in winter. Not sure what things were like before we moved in, but it was a rough year. The front desk staff are friendly, and our unit is well-maintained and functional. Cancelled my booking the morning of, because another person wanted to book it instead for a longer period of time. There were also racist undertones when I spoke on the phone with them.
the building is beautiful, amazing rooftop. sadly the managers dont give a damn and the lack of professionalism and security is so concerning i had to move out
