Amazing guys “ don’t knw why ppl left negative reviews 🤦🏻♂️” obviously can’t please everyone as my own experience from my own business & am just a please to deal with at most times 😅” The owner and the young guys there are amazing ,most importantly Family Run 💙 Called today to ask if any display sinks are available for my business as don’t want a new one and straight away was advised 1 is available for a tenner 😎will go after gym to check it out but already got my whole bathroom from these guys a year ago at an unbelie... read more

just called asking for help on finding and invoice for transaction. absolutely rubbish customer service. Very rude on the phone. it was the last time we purchased anything from there
Products and prices maybe ok (our builder seems to rate them), although I wasn’t blown away by the range tbh. However the worst part of our experience was the customer service. Staff were disinterested in offering advice, or even talking to non-trade people (I.e the actual client), and when my wife collected a unit along with our 3 children in tow (all under 10 years old) one of the guys loading the car was eff’ing and blinding with no regard to who was in earshot.
