Purchased a high quality shirt at a reasonable price today. Louise was very helpful and polite. Will be visiting again soon.
Very good quality suits all at very reasonable prices and to me just as important were the staff that go above and beyond when it comes to service. I was loaned a pair of shoes to wear so the suit trousers could be pinned to the correct length for shortening, neck was measured so the shirt fit properly. 100% best service i have ever had whilst clothes shopping.
Very helpful staff and very nice range
If ever a company needed a lesson in 1st class customer service they should look to Mandy.. she is the woman anyone in retail needs to aspire to be. What an absolute godsend she is. We visited on Saturday 13th April for wedding suits and she just smashed it out of the park. Her customer service was exceptional, she knew what we wanted and needed and worked with us to achieve it.
