Just bought a property recently. The estate agent who showed us around wasn’t helpful and didn’t have any knowledge of the property. Any time you use to call after 4 oclock you could never get through. Jo from sale progression was very helpful throughout the process. On completion, picking up the keys the estate agent was unpleasant. We had no congratulations or conversation . It was just please sign here and heres your keys.
