Extremely poor service, was left in the lurch with no medication for a recurring prescription despite about a dozen emails and phone calls. When I’ve emailed to ask for their complaints procedure, they have ignored my email.

This has been my most upsetting medical experience to date. I am heartbroken and deeply disappointed by my experience with Dr. Cristina Rodriguez-Garcia and how my concerns have been addressed. The care I received at this clinic - both from my consultant, Dr Duarte (who I could not recommend highly enough) - and from the nursing team was outstanding - both in terms of diagnosing and treating the problem rapidly and effectively and, more broadly - for example, in arranging an appointment with a few hours notice to sort out a wound that wasn't quite healing properly. The consultant is very professional. He identified the problem quickly and he did the surgery for me. He is a also nice guy so the patient is less worried and more relaxed.
