The most impersonal and hurried visit I have ever experienced with a doctor. She was in the room less than 1 minute, and when she said "have a good day" she already had her back to me and was halfway out the door! Prescribed me $500 in meds for seborrheic dermatitis, which I did not fill. After doing my own research on the internet, I discovered that ordinary vinegar was the cure, and have been symptom-free for almost a year.

Dr. Pena operates a mill of a dermatology practice. I sat in the office waiting room listening to a dozen people complain that they each had an appointment for the exact same time, and were tired of waiting. Seven of them left. I remained, I had about two minutes with the doctor. She prescribed a lotion and told me that I would have to continue treatment with her because the malady was never going to go away. Excellent MOHS surgeon. Very busy practice. The male nurse there is most helpful and a great nurse!

Doctor seems curt and hurried. A laser treatment for some small broken blood vessels left me with numerous BLACK lines on my face. I was not warned ahead of time about this. I stayed in the house a week. Even the nurse asked if I wanted to go out the back door! For my adult acne and rosacea she prescribed five medications and two over her counter meds. Without insurance(retail) it was over $900 without a mention of this heavy expense!.I do NOT have a severe case of either condition.
