I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Pena. She is great at what she does. I had surgery on my face due to basel cell carsanoma. A little uneasy about it, but she made things alot more easing for me. I highly recommend Dr. Pena. I tell everyone I know or see that ask questions about me and what happened to my face (when I had the bandages on) that if they are having any issues to go see Dr. Pena. In September, our management changed leading to changes in staff as well. We are proud of our current staff and their commitment to our patients. Additionally, we have a continuous training program to keep our staff up to date. It is common for a someone to be training with a more experienced colleague during a visit.
Very disappointed with both visits. Waited over 1 hr 15 minutes for each appointment. Saw Dr. Pena 5 minutes on each visit. She took NO time to explain. She prescribes her own expensive line of products for treatment and prevention. Is this a conflict of interest? Charged total of $473.77 for 2 visits. Dark spots came back within 2 months....even using her products. Disappointed......

We have a team that researches the best-quality products on the market at the most affordable price. Skin Solutions is the BEST move I have ever made! My previous dermatologist in Murfreesboro was so......non-caring about my health. My PA Jo Ellen is very proactive in taking care of my skin issues and is very knowledgeable. She listens to any concerns I may have and gives me peace of mind in the excellant care that I'm getting now! The staff is friendly ! Dr. Pena and her staff Rock! Thank you!
Skin Solutions rocks! I love my PA- Jo Ellen. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and takes the time to listen to you/ answer any questions you might have. The entire staff is friendly and well educated. I can't say enough good things about them. Skin Solutions has some great skin care lines and the price point is affordable.
