I had an extremely disappointing experience at Skin Laundry Hampstead during my 12 PM appointment on January 9 2025. This was my first time, and I had prepaid for the signature laser treatment. When filling out the consent form at the clinic, I noticed it mentioned the possibility of developing keloids if you have sensitive skin. I’ve been going to SL for years, since the very beginning, and even know the founders. Sadly, my recent experience has been disappointing due to their strict five-minute cancellation and rescheduling policy. When I arrived 12 minutes late (5 minutes of which was spent talking with the staff), Amelia at this location was unwilling to offer any flexibility, leaving me unable to receive the full treatment I had planned for months.
