Amelia at reception was incredibly helpful and patient with all the questions I had about their packages. Tatiana, my therapist, was also so lovely. The laser treatment itself is very light, but I’m hoping it helps with my recent hormonal breakout.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received, which fell far below any reasonable professional standard. The therapist appeared highly inexperienced and lacked even basic knowledge and confidence required to perform a HydraFacial correctly. She focused almost entirely on areas that were not my concern, while completely neglecting the areas that needed attention.
