I have had regular facial treatments and skin therapies, including Julaine, at Skin Excellence and can definitely see the positive effects on my skin. I was very impressed with skin excellence clinic, on arrival you are made to feel welcome & offered refreshments. Dr strawford was very professional & knowledgeable, giving options of treatments & talking them through with a very honest approach. I was given information leaflets, samples & costings for my treatment plan to take away & evaluate. All very relaxed with no hard sell .
Because I haven’t been for a steroid injection in my keloid scar for over a year, I was told I would have to pay the consultation fee (now £100) again to Dr. Strawford, this would be on top of the £150 injection. Previous to this I have already spent over £300 for the original consultation and injections. Pure greed and unnecessary.
Julaine is simply exceptional. It has transformed my skin, leaving it smoother, firmer, and with a radiant, youthful glow.
