Wonderful visit (as always) to Skin Balance. Rachel provides an excellent, professional service which always leaves me feeling relaxed yet rejuvenated on the inside and with glowing skin on the outside! The time she takes to understand my needs - which can vary each time- is really appreciated. I also have had many spray tans with Rachel and can thoroughly recommend these too. A complete positive Wellbeing Experience!
My facial experiences with Rachel so far have been fantastic! Rachel has a welcoming, calm and empathetic presence and is always informative about the treatments about to go onto your skin. The facials are incredibly relaxing, focusing on overall wellbeing and my skin always has the best glow when I leave! I really appreciate the inclusive approach of general health and life stresses and how it all ties together, makes for a very in-depth treatment both mentally and physically!

Rachel is phenomenal! The amount of care, time and effort alone is outstanding, I went for a consultation initially with some concerns about my skin and eczema and she was so empathetic and knowledgeable, from the surface of the skin to the roots of the problem such as diet, allergies even mental health; the products were chosen specifically to suit and improve my skin and the aftercare is tailored to meet your needs as well. I have had many spray tans with Rachel and they have all been absolutely perfect! Such beautiful shades! I have just come home from the most amazing restorative facial! I have never felt so relaxed! And my skin is absolutely glowing! Rachel makes me feel at ease and is such a lovely women! Thank you Rachel! I can’t recommend you enough and 5 stars is just not enough!
