I bought stuffs online and successfully got them shipped to Ireland. Madelaine is very much helpful, responsive and patient. Although it took 2 weeks to get a small parcel shipped to Ireland, as long as it passed the custom, I feel very happy! Surprisingly, Irish custom didn't charge any fees.
So glad these great furniture products are available in the UK. They look great and are comfy. The low/ no VOC foams were a must for us. The people in the shop were very attentive and gave us really good advice. Customer services were helpful and the delivery was on time which was very welcome. Will def use again.
Had a bit of a bumpy ride with my order due to some unforeseen supply chain issues, but all ended well. Customer service gracefully resolved a difficult situation. I received my wonderful furniture and a more than fair compensation for the wait.
It's a shop. Why do we have to book an appointment a day in advance
online order experience really not up to scratch. items advertised as in stock don’t turn up. then when making an enquiry 2 weeks later you’re told they’re not available, quite happy to keep your money in the meantime. really disappointing. 2nd time this has happened, i won’t bother again
