SJS were able to fit us in last minute on a Sunday morning. Zubair was very courteous and got on with the job at hand. The carpets were very thoroughly cleaned and look brand new. Would highly recommend.
We would highly recommend this service. First we spoke too Stuart, he had an amazing knowledge of cleaning carpets and explained to us how they were cleaned. This part was very technical and whilst I didn't understand it all, it sounded convincing. We managed to arrange an appointment quickly which we appreciated as we had just moved into a new home. Highly recommend this company. Jon came out as promised early today to look at our sofa bed. We had attempted to clean some minor stains using a fabric spray which only made things worse. After an inconspicuous fabric test, Jon vacuumed the sofa and then steam cleaned it. It has really come up well considering the water staining we had caused and also the fact that the sofa is yellow so not the easiest colour to clean.
