After I had my baby I was really suffering with my back. I came to see Sam and she worked wonders. I chose a sports massage over a regular one as I wanted to really get deep into the muscles, and she certainly did that. She was truly knowledgeable about the muscles and rather than just working where I said it hurt, she made sure that she was following along and released parts that I didn't know hurt! I have a lot of back and knee issues due to previous injuries. It always leaves my neck, back, quad and shoulders extremely tight. Luckily when I go to see Sam it improves my situation significantly. I always feel more relaxed after her sessions and it eases my back pain. She has also been able to relieve acute neck issues I've due to previous whiplash. I couldn't recommend her enough, fantastic therapist
Sam is a fantastic practitioner. I went to her with a stiff neck and upper back due to over training and she took away the pain and stiffness. I highly recommend her.
