Samuel was so helpful and knowledgeable with a slightly complicated second home purchase. He was able to guide me and answer all of my questions (even when I asked the same thing a few times). Samuel was able to work at pace in line with a tight turnaround and nothing was a problem. Samuel also has great contacts at the mortgage companies to help speed the process along and get direct answers. I’d definitely recommend Samuel and will be using him again in the future!
