The surrounding area is quiet, the property quality is good, and heating is included — which is a real blessing in winter! I used the services of SJM Properties during my studies in Leeds, and everything went smoothly. Phil was extremely helpful from start to finish, including the referencing process for my next property. The property was furnished and in excellent condition. It came with a garage and a bike storage room. I have been renting with SJM for 5 years, not only was the flat in amazing condition but if I ever reported any issue it was resolved within 48 hours. The only reason why I’m moving is because I purchased a property. SJM is by far the best rental company I’ve ever used and I would recommend the flat I stayed in to anyone.
