My first time using SJM and I have already booked for an MOT and repairs to a leak that Steven identified. Great explanation of both the fault and the repair, showed me with the car on the lift so that I could see for myself. A very tailored service. Excellent
Just like it says in Steve’s other 5 Star reviews, he really knows these VAG vehicles (VW/Audi/Skoda/Seat etc) inside out and back to front! Having shopped around to have quite a bit of work done on my Skoda Octavia, Steve clearly had the edge against the other garages and VW specialists I spoke to. When I called Steve to say my car had been given a few advisories by the Skoda main dealer, he even accurately predicted what they had “advised” me on (shocks, bushings, etc).
