Suffered from a shoulder injury for months, tried to fix it myself, nothing. Until i met Simon, he very quickly diagnosed the problem, got me on a rehab plan which i followed and session by session there was major progress. Now able to do everything and more. Very thankful.
Great service! I had a shoulder that didn’t move to a fully functional shoulder through exercise. Simon is clear and concise in his instructions and advice for rehabilitation.
Picked up a shoulder injury whilst in the gym. Simon diagnosed the issue quickly through a thorough assesment and a plan of action was set on how to approach rehab. 6 sessions later and sticking to the agreed rehab plan, I've been signed off with no pain the area. Can't thank Simon enough and I'd be confident in using his services again!
I had an on going ankle issue that I had been to a number of different physios but it had never been 100% after my sporting injury. After one session with Simon it feel better and after completing my treatment it was miles better and by far the best treatment I have received.
