I worked with Sam for 8 weeks after coming out of the boot following a cuboid fracture. The initial assessment was very thorough, and the exercise plan gave me a clear structure to rebuild strength and stability. I found the support professional and encouraging, and the exercises have continued to help me as I’ve progressed back into running. I’m grateful for the strong foundation this programme gave me in my recovery.
I worked with Sam for 15 months on a few different injuries. Sam is friendly, contactable and has excellent knowledge on rehab, strength and mobility. I took on Sam’s approach to Physiotherapy as it allows a weekly check-in over what’s app which is very easily accessible. Can’t rate Jack and the team highly enough! Had a persistent bout of runners knee that was seemingly not going away. Jack was brilliant at motivating me and gave me a great programme that has helped massively. I’m now back to running 5k pain-free again and feel like I have all the tools I need in case of future flare-ups. Super flexible with appointments too! Thanks so much Jack!
Sam is a top bloke and I really enjoyed working with him. Didn't completely solve my issues, but I've picked up some more variety to drop into my workouts.
