One of our window panes was scratched during re-installation in November 2024. The initial installation was undertaken in December 2023 but such was the poor quality of the work and following a report being undertaken by RISA (the surveying division of FENSA, SJB Windows eventually agreed to reinstall all 8 windows at my property. I have had 2 orders of windows with SJB so far and I am very pleased with them. The windows are a marked improvement on my previous set, they are very well made and very practical. The design allows for cleaning from the inside which is great. Windows are installed from the inside, saving the need for scaffolding (unlike a big name window brand who incorrectly informed me that having scaffolding is the law). The project managers, installation chaps and office are all very nice. Highly recommend.

One of our window panes was scratched when SJB windows finally re-installed my windows after I paid £1000 for a RISA report to establish that the installation was defective. SJB Windows acknowledged the damage and agreed to replace the sealed unit. Its coming up to 3 months and they have made no attempt to complete the replacement. I have had to put the shutters I ordered in to storage. Disappointing as my living room had no window coverings all over Christmas. Fantastic service from SJB and the team from start to finish. Big thanks to Paul, Glen, Kevin and the Milani brothers for their help to achieve an incredibly smooth process. The Milani brothers did such a great job fitting the windows. They were super efficient and tidy and the finish is incredible. Both the timber and uPVC windows look stunning and high end. Would definitely recommend SJB for anyone looking for new windows!
