S J Warren and particularly Lorraine were excellent from start to finish! Local knowledge made selling our house so much easier, they understood the market and placed a buyer within days. Constant contact and updates throughout the process were excellent ! Best estate agent in the area and I wouldn’t use anyone else!
Our buying/selling experience with SJ Warren was amazing. No issues too big for them to sort out. Communication was excellent. Lorraine was fantastic throughout the whole process. Simon made sure the process was as smooth as possible. This is the second time we have used this estate agency and would certainly recommend them!
SJ warren have been absolutely amazing during our house purchase. As first time buyers we didn’t really know what to do or expect. Lorraine was fantastic, I couldn’t have gotten through everything without her, from answering my daft questions to emailing me back out of work hours she has been my saviour. We recently purchased a property in Burnham-on-Crouch that was being sold by SJ Warren. We could not be happier with our experience from start to finish.
