Hi, I just tried to pick my rental car up from Sixt Edinburgh booked via Expedia. Apparently it was an electric BMW and immediately the upsale started for a diesel car for an additional $1K, booked the car for $400. I asked to, and I quote, "Move this along" as there was a huge line of 20 people behind me and I didn't appreciate the upsale. The agent Kaine went full crazy and cancelled our booking on the spot. I have to recommend it to my friends because I really appreciate the attitude of the staff. Very quick help in choosing a car, moreover Mr. Kaine took into account that we are here for the first time and driving on the other side will be more difficult for us, so thank you for being accommodating and offering us a car with automatic transmission for the same money. I also have to appreciate the return of the car, the gentleman was very nice and gave us some tips on where to see in Edinburgh.
