I bought a desk 4 years ago. Recently I was no longer able to raise the desk. I emailed their customer service and within half a day had an email back with some very simple instructions on how to reset the desk. It took me 1 minute to reset the desk and it’s working as before. Excellent service! Thank you!
I got the Imprint Deluxe Mat to accompany my current setup: A GDF03 raisable desk and a Herman Miller chair. This addition makes standing much more manageable for longer sessions, and the gel-like quality is comfortable on my feet. I would highly recommend it.
I love my sit stand desk! The worktop is a lovely deep brown wood and its very sturdy. I have RSI and this desk helps so much with maintaining a good posture, I couldn't manage without it now! Highly recommended.
Fabulous experience dealing with Sit-Stand. I had the pleasure of speaking with David who helped me identify the right desk for me, the size, the finish and the options that would benefit me. There was a slight delay in delivery, due to requesting professional installation, but communication was frequent and transparent. Installation was quick and professional and I couldn't be more happy with the end result. Game changer!
