Place is clean. Friendly staff. No massage technique, use force/pressure to massage you.
I never had a Thai massage before. Oh my days... it was like a relaxing intense workout. Painful at times but not unpleasantly so. I had to go to bed afterwards lol. Seriously good. Professional nice ladies. Gave them a £15 tip because it was worth way more than they're charging.
Waste of time unprofessional.
