came to help my wife get my step-father-law out to the vehicle since no one would help and was denied to help him. This morning he fell getting out of the vehicle and workers were standing inside and did not even come out to help. I am also a vet and this type of service I don't even want to come to the VA. I get that there is only one visitor allowed but I was just there to help get him home since no one was willing to help.
Has provided the best care to me, allowing me to do the same ffor my family.
I like being threatened this morning by my provider then shuffled along. I quote "if you dont do this then this will be the last time I see you".... your right ! it is the last time . this tops a long list of incidents at the Sioux Falls VA ... I've driven 75 miles and been stood up for appointment. Ive been told I was fine with a 102 degree temp ...shown up for my Cpap machine appt only to find out "they won't be in today .....I'm done with Sioux Falls VA
Awesome facility. Check out the infection rates compared to other local hospitals! Knee replacement went sooooo smooth.
The mental health department is the worse I have ever seen. They don’t communicate anything and I have to make sure that it’s right. They don’t care about the Vets. Taking a day off work so I can make sure I am where I need to be is not something I take lightly and the fact I asked for appointment over my phone is not hard to understand but they did not tell em that I had to be at the clinic first. My husband was on CLC3 for 6 weeks and had excellent care! The personnel were awesome.
