My appointment today was seamless, I was called on time and am so grateful to Michelle who listened attentively, offered excellent advice and made me feel validated and supported. I left with a clear plan for next steps.
My experience today at the centre was nothing but exceptional. My doctor was kind and caring, and was extremely attentive , thorough and helpful. The receptionists as always were kind friendly and keen to help.

Reception staff are amazing. I went in to collect a blood form and they were so helpful, they even advised me that if I called at that moment, I’d be able to secure a blood appointment that evening which is exactly what has happened. Only niggle is I find it hard to get an appointment, though generally the surgery is good at responding on email.
