Highly recommended Surgeon – I have been under his care since beginning of 2010. I only decided to proceed with the surgery by him because I felt very confident and comfortable with his explanations and his team members. I will refer him to all of my friend and family. He is very straight forward and strict about his treatment plans but he explains well if you ask him as a patient. I never had any problems with his explanations of questions that I have asked.

Great surgeon - practical and competent – My uncle needed a knee replacement surgery a couple of weeks back. Dr Sinha treated us very professionally and provided practical advice when we most needed it. Dr Sinha is the head of orthopedics at Mt Sinai hospital of Queens - and getting personalized care from him was worth the wait for us. His staff has been very professional too and our family is very satisfied. I recommend him highly to anyone needed orthopedic help.

Money Grabbing, and Long Waits – I had a terrible experience with this doctor. My father needed a cortisone injection for a torn muscle in his arm. He is no longer insured, but was still able to hold on to his own MRI's and x-rays so that he wouldn't have to pay for them with every new doctor. We made an appointment at Sinha's office, making all of this very clear. They quoted a price and kept calling to confirm the appointment. My father went in and waited about 2 hours to see the doctor. Unless you like waiting for hours, avoid this doctor – The first time I visited the office, I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time before being seen by the doctor's assistants and not the doctor himself. The second time I waited for three hours before being called to see him. My questions were not answered, I was told my fracture wasn't healed yet (although the x-rays showed it was) and then was rudely told to stop being difficult and that if I didn't like the doctor's opinion, I was free to go elsewhere. The best orthopaedic surgeon is Ajoy K. Sinha – He performed a total both knee replacement 10 years ago on my grandma. It has transformed her life. Where she was not bale to walk more than a block, now she has a regular life. I am so grateful to Dr. Sinha for all that he has done for me and my grandma and the family. Many thanks to his great and supportive staff as well.
