Please dun go to this outlet anymore . Why 1) fake free thing and is not free every mth need to pay for a contract-by sale ppl 2) mrg handle the case said is not sale person fault cctv n agreement u sign , and u not happy can go other telecom & I told u SingTel is the best u will come back again. 3) return device was told to wait for more information billing will call 4) after a yr . We were there on 27th may at 11.20am. At the entrance we were greeted by Mr Shawn. He smile and bring us to the counter which Mr Darren assits us with the sim card no contract plans. We are super thankful for their amazing service! Both of them are so patience to answers my husband enquiries. Their service is beyond what i expected. Singtel, these two staff deserve a shout out and thumbs up!!! Thank you Mr Darren and Mr Shawn.

On 25.05.26, I visited the customer service counter to upgrade my Gomo SIM card to 5G. I had tried several times at home but couldn’t get through, which left me feeling very frustrated. When I arrived at the shop, a retired staff member (I believe) was manning the counter and assisting another customer whose registration took some time.
