Staff were very helpful and detailed. They kindly answered all queries that we had. We managed to get everything done on the spot without any queues.
Sometime in March, I went to Singtel Retalier Raffles City. I was served by Euzine. I was grateful and happy for the services rendered to him. Special shoutout to Euzine for being patient and accommodating. He also exceeded my expectations and was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

As a British person staying in Singapore for 8 days I chose their visitors 9 day sim. I called at this shop and told to get a customer's service slip. I was served by a young man who got the sim I wanted and placed the sim into my phone and made sure it worked correctly. I made the payment and all of this was sitting down at his counter. Do not forget to bring your passport with you otherwise no sim can be purchased. Great service.
