Went down today with my gal to replace her sim card. Surprisingly to find staff Melvin still working there. I was served by him last June 2025 with my purchase of Reno Oppo 14 and he provided very excellent service and advice to me. Very happy to see him today!!! He is truly a rare GEM in this industry. Singtel is extremely lucky to have him. 👍
I was attended to by Wallace Eng earlier today, and I wanted to commend him for the excellent service he provided. We were among the last few customers of the day, yet Wallace remained incredibly patient throughout our visit. He took the time to thoroughly explain the monthly costs, as well as the pros and cons of the various options available, without making us feel rushed at all.
