Poor service and knowledge of products. Was looking for a wireless charger for my phone. Service agent immediately told me my phone was out of date and the charger wouldnt work (it did). Products overpriced.

I called your Novena outlet today and was told I could exchange my TV box at 4 stores, including 313 Somerset. Since I was nearby, I went to 313 Somerset. But the staff there said only City Square Mall can do exchanges. I made a wasted trip because of incorrect info from your Novena staff. As a big company, I think staff should be trained to give accurate information. Quite disappointing.

Had a very positive experience at this Singtel shop. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. They recommended a plan that genuinely suited my needs, rather than simply upselling. They also took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, explaining everything clearly and patiently. Overall, the process was smooth and reassuring. A great example of how customer service should be done.
