Joel attended to me when I brought my mum to buy a second hand mobile phone. Joel is very patient to explain to my mum and understand her requirements. He even helped to download all the apps, including non standard app such as a hearing aid app, to ensure a smooth transition between the old and new mobile phones. Excellent customer service
