Andy who attended to me was very helpful and went the extra mile in helping me choose the most suitable plan for my needs. He patiently stayed back even though it was close to closing time so that I could have a usable phone, as I came to this shop at the last minute when my old phone suddenly developed screen problems. Thank you so much Andy. I really appreciate such good service and I will recommend your shop to all my friends.

Jeffrey was extremely professional and provided exceptional service when helping me with my sim change. He was very patient when explaining the process and also walked me through the steps I needed to take which I really appreciated. I hope Singtel acknowledges and recognizes Jeffrey and I will definitely stay with Singtel and continue to visit this branch in the future

This is my second time going there. First guy was really nice and helpful at counter 2. But today I went to the shop because my sim was saying no sim again. The guy at the front counter 1 was really rude. He was really aggressive in handing my sim, and before I could leave the shop the no sim sign showed up again so I went inside to ask him for help again but he sighed at me and was just unhappy to help at all.
