Never responds to email and no one answers the phone.
Don't buy a property related to this company. They will write letters to you asking for money without adding your name. This then gets paid, but you're scammed by someone using their name so they then take you to court - with no correspondence until you receive a county court issue. They do not answer the phone very often or respond to emails. The one occasion I did have someone answer the phone, although very kind they gave me wrong information.
Whoever the lady is on the switchboard taking calls… have some manners when dealing with people’s issues. You are extremely rude and very unhelpful.🤬
They have been not responding to TOOB who are trying to seek permission to put internet for 4 months!!! ABSOLUTE joke, tempted to dig up the path myself as this is costing me a fortune waiting for them to respond to toob! Bunch of cowboys
