It’s been about 9 weeks since Dr K did my emergency IND on my left knee and I can’t begin to express how happy I am with the results. So far so good and my knee feels great. I am so impressed by the care Dr K gave me and thank him for doing an outstanding job!

He was absolutely GREAT!!!
He went above and beyond to help me. He did surgery in the early afternoon and came in my room in the middle of the night. I told him I was hurting and he redid all the bandages. I had elbow surgery when I fell and broke it. I am very happy he was my doctor. We are lucky in St. Augustine to have such a talented surgeon and a compassionate human being.
Dr.Kasraeian is a brilliant and skilled orthopedic surgeon. He was able to quickly identify the injury I had and recommended a conservative and effective treatment plan. I would recommend Dr. Sina Kasraeian to anyone.

Only use if your want to waste of time and money. Put my son non-wt bearing & on crutches & a brace for 6 weeks for a knee growth plate injury. Heard word of mouth reports after our appt. were correct that everyone leaves with a growth plate injury and brace from the practice. Got a second opinion who diagnosed patellafemoral syndrome in 5 minutes & started physical therapy with positive results. Even said the brace was the wrong kind for his injury & that his growth plate looked healthy.

Orthopedic injuries for children can often involve a growth plate as they are not skeletally mature. A brace and/or protected weight-bearing can protect the injury; it also serves as a visual and physical reminder to reduce activity that may exacerbate the injury. Afterwards, physical therapy is recommended to return the child to pre-injury condition. Dr. Kas is always open to discussing patient care and concerns with parents. Most importantly, we are happy that your child is feeling better!
Dr Kas is an amazing Dr. Although he does not work at a pediatric hospital,I took my 6 year old to him for knee surgery. I had been to 3 other pediatric knee specialists, who said that nothing was wrong with my sons knee. Dr Kas found the problem, performed surgery and my son is now pain free and back to his old self again! I 100% recommend Dr Kas to anyone of any age.
