I just picked up my car today from Wayne and Simpsonville Automotive for some maintenance upkeep and I was very happy and satisfied in the work performed. Excellent customer service and very efficient. I will return whenever I need more work done which probably won't be long on an older car.
Pretty shocked right now! I sent an employee in today for an oil change and rotation. The entire staff was very professional and treated us like family! I had to get a rack and pinion replaced on a Dodge Caravan. I've got prices from a few different places and Simpsonville Automotive half the price of everywhere else I check. Wayne the owner brought me into the bay to show me what needed to be fixed and where it was leaking. That was greatly appreciated and shows a lot because it built Trust knowing he wasn't trying to tell me there was more wrong then what really was. I took my wife's car to Wayne and the team at Simpsonville Automotive for an issue with the engine. Rather than charge me for the diagnostic, and try to sell me something I didn't need, Wayne found that there was a recall on the car and told me I was better off to take it to Toyota. Even though Toyota, didn't make it right, I feel like Wayne could have easily tried to make a buck out of the situation.
