I had extensive front end work done on my Ford Ranger. I also had shocks and leaf springs put on also and had the antilock brake sensors cleaned.Wayne was very professional, when he looked at my truck and instead of telling me what needed to be done he showed me. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Simpsonville Automotive without hesitation and know you will have a great experience at a fair price.

I went to Simpsonville Automotive after a recommendation. I knew I had an oil leak somewhere in my 2011 MINI CooperS so I had the oil changed and a diagnostic check performed at Centruy MINI. CENTURY MINI quoted me about 3,000 in problems with my car, of course some of them weren't pertinent so let's say realistically 2,000 in work that actually needs to be performed. Unfortunately I have to change my once five star review (which was based on Wayne’s amazing sense of community and dedication to great customer service) to a one star. After having our vehicle for 5 months...yes five....Simpsonville automotive finally called to tell us they received the part they were waiting on and we could come pick up the car! Took my car to see why air wouldn't get cold and Wayne was awesome only took 15 minutes they are the nicest people around.
Mr Wayne and his staff treated us as if we were the most important customers that had ever walked into his business. My daughter needed her oil changed, and as she went to pay, he told us that her oil change was "on the house". I was so impressed with how they treated her (16 year old young lady) and us. They will be servicing all of our vehicles from this day forward. I have never had any business treat us so kind from start to finish like Simpsonville Automotive has. Thank You for all that you do.
