ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! If i could give them 10 Stars I would! Right before the holiday plans were to begin, my serpentine belt snapped this afternoon. I was frantic that I'd never get it fixed before the 4th, and for less than a ton of money. Within minutes of me calling, the owner Wayne let me know he felt they could fix it for me before the end of business today. These guys are awesome. Had me running same day. Pleasant experience, I tired the big name auto shops and they ripped me off, not these guys. I will definitely be returning for my auto needs and telling everyone I know.
I really hate that I have to change my rating. But after being belittled by Wayne on two occasions because my questioning not only as to why my subframe repair is not completed but also why additional issues are showing after picking my car up from Simpsonville Automotive ( my ABS, Emergency Break and my Traction Control light now remain on all of the time) .
