Poor customer service... I dropped the car off at 08:15 for the annual service and it was not ready for me to collect it until 13:30 (I accepted the offer of a complimentary wash and vacuum). I turned up, paid the charge, collected the key and walked to the car. The photo shows the damaged caused to the B pillars (same both sides, assumed to be from the washing process) which was reported immediately to the guy on the service desk who witnessed and photographed the damage, he said he would make the service manager aware to g... read more

Jane was amazing and helpful both on phone and in person. Technician Joe was very helpful and spent time reassuring us.
An excellent site to view varieties of Motorhomes, and new Motorhomes. The service offered by the sales team, and the handover team were exceptional. We have had other Moho’s and handovers have never been quite so informative. Certainly recommend and worth the journey to meet these lovely people.
