Can't recommend Simpsons enough - from start to finish, they made the process of selling our house as stress-free as possible. Emily, in particular, was fantastic in keeping us up to date on the progress of our sale, as well as our onward purchase. We were grateful to have her with us in the process. I live my new flat! Very much appreciated help in sourcing all the necessary documentation, especially help from Ella who kept my updated. One star is missing as you may need to capture all in writing (I did it verbally, but as I didn't explicitly write in the very offer letter that my offer is to include appliances, this condition was missed, even though the agent said he will pass it).
Simpsons were amazing from start to finish - we both sold and bought a house through them and were always kept up to date with information. Adam really took the time to get to know what we were looking for, which ended with us finding the perfect house. Ben was extremely helpful with progression and communicated every step of the process so we were always kept in the loop. All the staff are lovely and have made the process selling/buying a house stress free. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
