I feel the other reviews on here are wholly unfair and this practice manages as best it can with the limited resources at its disposal. It may have escaped people's notice but the NHS in general is hugely underfunded and no NHS medical practice anywhere in the country has unlimited resources either to answer phones on the first ring, see patients at half an hour's notice or dole out drugs and prescriptions willy-nilly. I currently have the latest strain of flu. I called up worried about burning in my chest and coughing up nasty stuff. Dr. Constable was amazing. She saw me within an hour of speaking on the phone, listened to my chest and sent me away with antibiotics. She seemed caring and professional. I'm very impressed. If I were still with my old Dr in Grangemouth, I would likely never have been seen. Never mind as quickly and professionally as that!
Good practice, receptionists are welcoming and helpful. Elaine, Kirsty, Dr Gray & Gall are all fantastic and provide a high standard of care to patients registered here.
Dr mcnulty thinks because he is a doctor he is god , he should not be allowed to be a doctor using it to punish people who don’t agree with him
