Wonderful care and treatment at Simply Osteo in East Grinstead.
Just had my first visit at the clinic and it was great! Natasha was friendly and really took the time to understand what I’m dealing with regarding neck and shoulder pain. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. After just one hour there is already night and day difference and have booked my next session in. If you want someone who listens and knows their stuff, definitely check out Natasha and this clinic!
I go to Emma's for a massage once a month. It always hits the point that hurts, I'm very satisfied.
I've been coming here 3 or 4 times now and always met with the kindest, and understanding approach. Molly my osteopath is fantastic, she really listens to your needs and accommodates to that, there is no "you need to..." or "you should have been.... Bla bla" - Its a friendly approach that makes you want to come back and continue handling your physical problems without made to feel pushed into it, which is kind of refreshing.
