Terrible quality leads
I recently started working with SimplyOnlineLeads, hoping to boost my business with high-quality leads. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive. Firstly, the quality of the leads generated by SimplyOnlineLeads has been extremely disappointing. A significant majority of them have proven to be useless and did not convert into actual customers. most don't answer, the ones that do thought they would get rates online rather than a call , don't waste your money
The refund policy is far from Fair. I had 2 leads come through that were clearly not valid but I was advised the first one would be refunded as a show of good faith but the second one would not be even thought the phone number was for a garage not a residential property and the email address provided bounced as it was fake. I will not be using them again!
Out of last 20 leads only 5 were contactable. very poor
