Disrespectful! I found the agent disrespectful during the viewing time.

I've viewed 2 properties with Pedro, who is always on time (or early), polite, professional and has worked hard to help us find the right home for our family. I rarely leave reviews but I cannot recommend Simply Lettings highly enough! From the very first interaction, their team has been incredibly friendly and approachable, making the entire renting process smooth and stress-free. Had a really good experience with simply lettings very professional, and friendly service from all staff. Office manager Karen was extremely helpful, thorough and informative. And made sure we had everything we needed before moving into our new home. A company I'd definitely recommend 10/10
I am rewriting this review because the response from agent was not accurate I see they have once agan posted an inaccurate reply so please ignore it. The truth is I wanted to view a property for rent but before I got past the appointment I was asked if I had a guarantor. I said this wasnt my first choice but could get one if needed. I reiterate!
