For a landlord, this is a rare jewel of an agency. Tenants are also very positive in their feedback to me. Disrespectful! I found the agent disrespectful during the viewing time.
My experience with Simply Lettings has been brilliant. I've viewed 2 properties with Pedro, who is always on time (or early), polite, professional and has worked hard to help us find the right home for our family. I'm now proceeding with a letting and have found the process efficient and I've appreciated the honest and clear communication throughout. I rarely leave reviews but I cannot recommend Simply Lettings highly enough! From the very first interaction, their team has been incredibly friendly and approachable, making the entire renting process smooth and stress-free.
